Tyrell Solar Technologies provides solar performance maintenance services including cleaning, inspection, reporting and scheduled maintenance contracts, as described on this website and in individual quotations.
Quotations are valid for the period stated on the document, typically 30 days. Prices are based on the site conditions assessed at the time of quotation; material changes in scope discovered on the day of work may be quoted separately before proceeding.
The client agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the property and installation. Tyrell Solar Technologies reserves the right to decline or postpone work where site conditions present an unreasonable safety risk to personnel.
Tyrell Solar Technologies carries appropriate insurance for its field operations. Liability for pre-existing damage, defects, or the performance of third-party equipment (including inverters and installations not installed by Tyrell Solar Technologies) is excluded save where caused directly by our negligence.
Invoices are due on the terms stated on the invoice document. Late payment may incur administrative charges as permitted by law.
Bookings may be rescheduled or cancelled with reasonable notice. Repeated late cancellations may incur a callout fee.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
