Deionised-water, soft-brush cleaning. Zero abrasion, zero detergent residue, panel by panel. Soiling is the single largest recoverable loss on most systems; coastal dust, pollen and droppings routinely cost double-digit percentages of output.
Nesting under panels traps heat, corrodes cabling and voids some warranties. Humane removal, full clean of debris, and mesh proofing on request so they do not come back.
Blocked gutters overflow onto arrays, splash-stain glass and rot fascias. Cleared, flushed and photographed, usually scheduled with a panel clean to save a callout.
Moss, lichen and grime removal around and beneath the array, protecting the roof surface the system depends on and keeping runoff from re-soiling panels.

Thermographic imaging under load finds failing cells, cracked strings and resistive joints invisible to the eye, before they burn yield or hardware.
Clamp torque, rail integrity, roof penetrations and corrosion. The Cape wind works on every fastener; we check they are still holding on.
Ventilation, dust load, error logs, DC/AC connections and displayed performance against expectation. We diagnose and refer. We do not sell replacements.
